What is Nutritional Therapy?


Nutritional therapy is health coaching that empowers you to support the areas of your body that are out of balance and get rid of unwanted symptoms. We do this through targeted nutrition and lifestyle practices, as well as supplements when appropriate.

Our bodies are resilient, and made to heal.

However, when our stressors (whether in the form of gut infections, poor nutrition, stress, sedentary lifestyles, environmental toxins, overworking, etc.) are greater than the nutrients and care that we give ourselves, our bodies cannot keep performing well.

Nutritional therapy isn’t a fad diet that creates food fear or a one size fits all generic health program. You are unique and deserve a health plan tailored to your bio-individual needs and circumstances. A plan that is not only achievable now, but sustainable long term.

Nutritional therapy assists you in targeting areas of the body that need some extra support, reducing those stressors, and giving your body the nutrients and care it is crying out for in order to thrive.

As moms it can be hard to prioritize ourselves but you need to take care of yourself first so you can take care of those that depend on you. Nourishing your body is one of the most important forms of self care.
